What is Prathomik?

Prathomik (প্রাথমিক), also known as Prathomik Software, is a Bangladesh software company founded in 2023 by Khaled Saifullah Sadi. It builds its own SaaS products — Supervizo, Project Hub and Systems BD — and custom web, mobile and AI software for clients across Bangladesh and worldwide, with direct representatives in Mymensingh and Trishal.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused MVP lands in 6–10 weeks. A full platform with multiple user roles and an admin panel runs 3–6 months. We give you a dated timeline after discovery, not before.

Do I own the source code?

Yes. Full source, documented, pushed to your repository on handover. No licence fees, no vendor lock-in, no hostage code.

Can you work with our existing system?

Usually. We audit what you have, then either integrate through APIs or migrate the data. We will tell you honestly if a rewrite is cheaper than a rescue.

What happens after launch?

Every engagement includes a support window covering bug fixes and monitoring. After it ends you can move to a monthly retainer or take over with the documentation we hand across.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer. Send yours or use ours.

How do payments work?

Fixed-scope projects run on milestone payments, typically 30% up front and the rest split across delivery milestones. Dedicated teams are billed monthly in advance.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes. We work across time zones with overlapping hours agreed up front, and bill in USD.

What if we are not happy with the work?

Every milestone needs your sign-off before we move on, so problems surface in week two rather than month four. If a milestone misses, we fix it before invoicing it.
